The Founder Sarah
Sarah has been a bodywork therapist for over six years and as a trained osteopath and acupuncturist working with various conditions, such as sports injuries, work-related pain and injuries, stress release and general body maintenance.
Sarah became heavily interested in helping women on their health and fertility journey after witnessing the incredible strength of women navigating fertility challenges. She pivoted her focus to women’s health, hormonal health & fertility.
Sarah focuses on combining her knowledge of holistic and Western medical approaches through osteopathy, massage and acupuncture to create a bespoke experience for women on their fertility journey.
Sarah is dedicated to empowering her clients by providing education and guidance that helps them reconnect with their bodies, both physically and emotionally. She believes in nurturing the body's natural healing abilities, encouraging each individual to achieve optimal function and well-being. Through her supportive approach, clients can discover the transformative power of self-awareness and holistic health
